臺東好米收冬祭 Taitung Winter Rice Harvest Festival
臺東好米收冬祭是臺東客家人最重要的慶典活動，象徵農民對稻米的濃厚感情、對上天與祖先的崇敬、對土地的慎重。今年活動將於11月26號在臺東的神農宮舉行，有祭典儀式、美食市集、音樂會等活動，藉此讓民眾認識臺東稻米，愛上米食。 The "Taitung Winter Rice Harvest Festival" is the most significant celebration for the Hakka community in Taitung. It symbolizes farmers' deep appreciation for rice, their reverence for the heavens and ancestors, and their respect for the land. This year, the festivities will take place on November 26th at the Shennong Temple in Taitung. With ceremonial rituals, a food market, and concerts on the agenda, it's a great opportunity for everyone to get to know Taitung rice and fall in love with rice dishes.
